Aussies in Action is a professional photographic business dedicated to capturing the best possible action photos at all levels of sport. Our attitude is that “every participant is a champion” - we aim to photograph every participant at the peak of their performance.
With years of experience covering a huge range of sports we capture it all, the joy of watching a 3 month old baby enjoying their first ‘swim’ or a 6 year old kicking a footy which seems way too big.
Just picture your 12 year old show jumper on ‘Trigger’ the little dapple grey winning her first blue ribbon or the international fleet experiencing 35knots of the ‘Fremantle Doctor’ in the World 505 Championships through to the excitement of the Silver Ferns having a win over the Opals in international netball at a packed Challenge Stadium.

Professional Photography
Kevin and Wendy Lucas created Aussies in Action, Perth’s custodians of sporting memories. Kevin, the chief photographer with 20+ years professional experience, works with a team of photographers. He shares his knowledge and experience of capturing the unique moments of so many different sports – ensuring that we have the right people in the right place at the right time.
Professional Graphics
Our graphics team will customize your poster, team photo, souvenir print or anything else that you can imagine and it’s a great way to give added value to your event sponsors.
Professional Service
Wendy Lucas heads the service team who makes it all happen.
Organizing your event photos and taking the hassle out of team photo shoots. We make it all happen with the minimum of effort on the part of your people (usually a band of overworked volunteers!)
Professional Standards
Your photos are individually cropped, colour balanced and optimized for exposure. You will treasure the memories.

Refund & Returns
Aussies in Action has a satisfaction guaranteed policy.
If you receive photos that have been damaged in the mail please call or email us to discuss the problem. If damaged prints are returned we will reprint and mail them ASAP. If a photo you receive is unsuitable due to detail or lack of detail not visible on the website then we will either replace it with an alternate photo or give a refund on the return of the photo. Digital Files are sold subject to refund only if the image you receive is unsuitable due to detail or lack of detail not visible on the website.
