I am having trouble logging-on, or the system won't accept my email address what can I do?
Retrieve your password - it will be emailed to you. If this does not work please contact us by phone. Be aware that a username generated by our site may be an abbreviation of your email address. We suggest that once logged-on that you change your username and password to suit yourself.

Can I view photos from events that are no longer listed on the site?
Contact us at Aussies in Action and we can usually find a way for you to view the photos.

I am worried about entering my credit card online – how secure is it?

The event I wish to see is not listed - how can I find it?
Events from in the past may not be listed in our Event List but may be found in our Archives.
Some events we may choose to not put on our website and other events are in a secure area and only accessable by those with the appropriate security clearance. Contact us for more information.

How long will photos remain on the website?
Photos may be viewed on the site for at least 12 months but the ability to download digital photo files which are purchased online may only be 6 months.

The search could not find any photos of me - does that mean there are no photos of me?
Our search facility is only as good as our ability to identify your race/contestant number - quite often it is obscured so try searching in the pages by time of day. It is our intention to get great photos of all contestants but due to the nature of sport we miss a few - sorry if it is you we miss!

How long does it take to receive my order?
Digital photo files may be downloaded within 1 hour of your payment being received. For print orders allow up to 10 business days - posters and collages take a bit longer depending on their complexity.
