Subscribing allows us to keep you informed, for example: when your photos are online or if we are offering something special. You may choose at any time to unsubscribe from this service.

Register/Login
For ordering photos we need your details so it is best to register before you start shopping. You may browse the site without registering or logging-in but will not be able to add to the shopping cart. If your photos are in a secure area of the site you will need to login to see the event on the Event List.

Finding Photos
Events we have photographed are listed in date order and you find this list by clicking Photos.

Photos are displayed in folders according to categories and are displayed with the time they were taken.

Passing the mouse over the page numbers will let you know at what time the first image on that page was taken.

Searches may be made using the search parameters attributed to the event.

Eg. Race/entrant number - for a triathlon, Rottnest Channel Swim or Avon Descent

Or you can search by keywords. This facility will function with events from May 2005 onwards.

Shopping/Ordering 
Find your photo then select from the drop-down list the photo size or product you would like and the number of copies(all this may be changed later) and add to cart. If you have not logged-in you will be asked to do so before proceeding.

A running total of the number of items in your cart and total value can be seen at the top of the page.

Viewing cart allows you to see all the images that you have chosen and maybe change your selected sizes or remove from cart before proceeding to Checkout.

At the checkout you must confirm your order, your personal/postage details and your method of payment.

If you have ordered one or more souvenir layouts or posters then you must enter clearly in the box labeled Souvenir Layout notes, the wording to go on the poster or souvenir layout.

If paying by credit card you will be redirected to our bank’s website where you will enter your credit card details. This is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSR) 128bit encryption. Having completed the banking details you will be returned to the Aussies in Action site but first you may encounter a Windows warning message saying that you are now returning to a non-secure site – this is normal and you must press YES to proceed with the order. Your banking transaction is totally between you and the bank, Aussies in Action do not have access to your credit card details.

Print & Digital Image Quality
The quality of images viewed on our website is reduced by the limitations of the internet however this in no way effects the quality of our end product. Our printing service is a high quality custom service – giving an end result which is of archival quality and looks much better than the photo you see on the website. If you choose to purchase the photo as a high resolution digital file then you may (or may not) need to manipulate the photo for optimum results.

If you wish to purchase digital copies of our photos you can subject to our terms and conditions which you must agree to before you are given access to download the photo. Copyright license may be granted for private or commercial use. Private users may order online whereas commercial users will need to contact us for pricing.
