Ordering is a simple process of using our shopping cart and checkout - listed below are the steps in the procedure.

• Register or Login as a user
• Search for your images and add to shopping cart (Image sizes may be changed later)
• When you have selected all images of interest to you then View Cart
• In View Cart you may now fine-tune your order for sizes (and budget!) before proceeding to Checkout
• The Checkout asks for payment method (Sorry - NONE is not an option!) - these are the options: Online credit card, or Cheque/Money order/Direct deposit.
• Online banking uses a Secure Socket Layer(SSL) to transfer your information between you and our bank -Aussies in Action do not have access to your banking details. You will get security warnings when leaving the SSL - this just informs you you are now transfering from the bank connection back to the Aussies in Action site.
  
• If ordering Souvenir Layouts or Posters you must give us the written information to go on the photo. This is entered in Order Notes
• If you have proceeded and agreed to conditions then your order will be processed straightaway. You can expect your prints within 10 working days. Posters and collages may take 4 weeks.
• Digital Image Files when ordered are made available for download within 1 hour of ordering. You will receive an email telling you that it is now available for download. Photos from events more than 6 months old may take up to 24 hours (call us for urgent delivery).
  

• Our online ordering system is highly secure and efficient but those not wishing to use it may download an order form and post or fax it to us.
